ANZAC day parades - Sunday 25th March 2010 - Australia

Gurkhas and their descendants will again proudly march in the ANZAC day parades throughout Australia on Sunday 25th March 2010, to honour and pay respects to all those lost in battles of the past and present. Come together to show our support to individuals and groups who continue to provide all Australians, regardless of their origins, the security that we take for granted.

In Sydney the details are:
Marchers
10.30am:              Gather at the corner or George and Hunter (near Wynyard Station in the city)
Eligibility:             Gurkha Ex or serving, or descendant of Gurkha (descendants please bring the medals won by your loved ones).
Dress:                   Smart Business / Military Uniform / Daura Suruwal / Nepali Topi & Medals

Families and friends are welcome to follow the Gurkhas as they march around the city.

Afterwards a gathering of all marchers, families and friends has been organised from 1pm to 5pm, all are welcome to attend. Please make your way to:
